Custom Built Systems

  • Many customers who have special needs that require a system to be joined to a network or network domain.  Store bought systems only offer Vista Home Basic or Home Premium.  We can ensure you are running the correct network operating system whether it is Windows 7 Professional, Vista Business, or XP Professional.  By having a custom built system you can have the correct network software and be able to have something other than an integrated video card on the motherboard.  A good example of this is an architect using AutoCAD. 
  •     Not all customers want laptops and those who are power users want a desktop platform.  Laptops are great for mobility and travel but due to heat from faster CPU speeds are often underpowered.  Laptops are also expensive to repair when the screens crack which is 50% of the value of the laptop.  The average laptop user uses the laptop more than 60% of the time the same way they use a desktop.  So you have a trade off of mobility versus productivity.  After 1 year parts become more difficult to obtain as well.  This is just another reason many customers are switching back to desktop computers, especially custom built. 
  •   We custom build systems for you based upon your actual use and our recommended specifications.  We use quality name recognized components to give you the performance you demand such as Antec, Cooler Master, Asus, MSI, Corsair, & OCZ to name just a few.  Below is an example of a custom gaming system using a Coolermaster HAF Full tower case with corsair 850 watt power supply unit, AMD Phenom II quad core CPU, 8gb Kingston ram, Radeon 4870X2, & Western digital hard drive.  With a store bought system you would get an integrated video card on the system board, 1GB ram, and a power supply of 280-350 watts.  The moment you plug in that gaming video card you can expect your power supply to blow and then to boot a standard ATX power supply won't fit.  With our custom built systems your getting a system built around what you do to best fit your needs and budget.  We can help you with video card selection and the matching power supply unit so that your gaming system is meeting your current needs.
